Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

All orders ship from within South Africa. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days to main centres and 3–7 working days to outlying areas.

How much is shipping?

A flat shipping fee of R99 is added at checkout. You will always see the final amount before you pay.

Can I use the power bank during load shedding?

Yes. Charge it while the power is on and it will keep your phone, tablet and earbuds running through an outage. The digital display shows exactly how much charge is left.

How many devices can I charge at once?

The 20,000mAh power bank supports up to 4 compatible devices charging at the same time using its built-in and detachable cables.

Does the mosquito lamp need to stay plugged in?

Yes. It is USB powered and must remain connected to a USB power source while operating.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every unit is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will help you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is secure and accepts major debit and credit cards. Your card details are never stored on our website.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & returns page for details.
