Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Flat shipping fee of R99 per order, added at checkout.
• Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Main centres: 2–5 working days. Outlying areas: 3–7 working days.
• You receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
• We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Returns

• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Email support@911energizers.co.za with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
• Return shipping is for your account unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty

Every 911 Energizers product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date. Damage from misuse, liquid ingress or unauthorised repairs is not covered. Faulty units are repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
